Mocha Banana Flax Overnight Oatmeal

Ingredients
1 Tbsp cocoa powder1 c almond milk1 Tbsp flax seed mealpinch of salt 2 tsp maple syrup1oz. warm espresso1/4 t vanilla extract 1/8 tsp cinnamon1 c rolled oatsTop with:1 banana, sliced1-2 Tbsp walnuts or pecans, crushed (optional)maple syrup to taste to serve (optional)***Ingredients listed as optional are NOT included in the nutritional information.
Directions
Mix cocoa and non-dairy milk; whisk until dissolved. You may need to warm up the milk to help with this.

Add flax, salt, maple syrup, espresso, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix until incorporated.

Fold in rolled oats.

Place in a jar or bowl, covered, overnight or for about 8 hours.

Top with banana or other toppings and enjoy!
