Whole-Grain Cornbread

Ingredients
1/2 cup apple sauce2 cups cornmeal1.5 cups whole-wheat flour2 tbsp monk fruit or splenda1 tbsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt4 large eggs, beaten3 cups nonfat milk
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir well. Combine all wet ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and stir well. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir just until all is wet. Pour into sprayed 13X9 cooking pay. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
