GF honey flax bread

Ingredients
5 c. brown rice flour1 c. sorghum flour1 c. tapioca starch1/2 c. flaxmeal3 tsp. xanthan gum3 tsp. kosher salt2 1/2 tsp. yeast2 Tbsp. canola oil2 Tbsp. honey4 1/4 c. warm water
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add wet ingredients. Mix well (preferably in a KitchenAid mixer or similar) for about 5 minutes. Split batter into two greased 9x5 bread pans. Let rise until just above top of pans. Bake in a 375 degree preheated oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove from pans immediately and cool on wire rack.
