Easy Grilled Grapefruit

4 ruby red grapefruits, halved, seeded and sectioned4 teaspoons cane sugar4 teaspoons cinnamon2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1. Pre-heat your grill to medium-high heat
2. Mix together vanilla extract, sugar and cinnamon. Brush the mixture on each grapefruit half.
3. Place grapefruit face-down on the grill. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until slightly charred and fragrant.
