1.5 c chopped carrots3 c chopped celery1.5 c dry lentils2 chopped medium onions8 scallions (root removed)20 oz boneless skinless chicken breast (cubed)1/4 c minced garlic1 tsp salt1 tsp ground cinnamon1 tsp curry1 tsp cayenne4 Boulion cubes, chicken mixed in 4 c water (or 4 c chicken broth)
Directions
Layer in order in crock pot. Cook on high for 5 hours
