Tara's Chicken & Edamame Salad

Ingredients
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts- 2 oz. chopped walnuts- 1 cup red grapes, halved- 1/2 cups edamame- 3 TBSP. light mayo- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

- Bake chicken for 15 minutes, turn over, and bake another 15 minutes.

- While chicken is baking, halve your grapes and set aside.

Cook edamame in microwave via package instructions, set aside.

- After chicken is cooked, take a fork and shred it into "threads" until all is shredded.

- Mix in your mayo, walnuts, edamame, grapes, sale and pepper.

Enjoy!
