dreamfields low carb elbow pasta, 2 cups dryPeas, canned, 1 can Turkey breast meat, 11 ounce(s) Cheddar Cheese, .50 cup, shredded Colby Cheese, .50 cup, shredded Monterey Cheese, 0.50 cup, shredded Hood , Carb Countdown Dairy Beverage, 2% Reduced Fat, 1 cupMargarine-like spread, Country Crock, regular, 1 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2 oz Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 28.3 grams(1 oz)
Boil noodles as directed,pre heat oven to 375, chop turkey into cubes, mix all cheeses together, set 1/4 cup aside to top casserole,, spray a 8x8 pan with fat free non stick spray. when noodles are done drain them well, put back in pot, put butter and milk in with noodles, then add all the cheese except the 1/4 cup you put aside, gently add the peas, mix well, pour into casserole dish, top with remaining cheese and bake for 30 minutes, enjoy the meal in one. makes 6, 1 and 1/2 cup servings.
