Seared Tuna Salad with Wasabi-Avocado Dressing

2 tuna fillets1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon freshly groundpepper1 tablespoon olive oil1 (12-oz) package salad mix with carrots, peapods, cabbage and radishes1/2 ripe avocado1 clove garlic1-1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar1-1/2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce1-1/2 teaspoons wasabi paste (or substitute horseradish)1-1/2 teaspoons plain Greek yogurt
Sprinkle tuna evenly with salt and pepper; heat
oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high
heat. Sear tuna 2 minutes per side or to desired
doneness; cut into thin slices. Divide salad mix
evenly among 2 serving plates; top with tuna
slices. Process avocado, garlic, vinegar, soy
sauce, wasabi paste and yogurt in a food
processor or blender until smooth. Drizzle
dressing over each salad.
