Ingredients
*Thin & Trim Peach & Chipolte Chicken Sausage (1 link = 56g), 2 serving Spinach - Dole Baby Spinach, 9 oz Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, choppedMushrooms, fresh, 0.5 cup, pieces or slices*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp **Lawry's Seasoned Salt, 0.25 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Garlic, 0.5 clove
Directions
Soften vegetables in olive oil, slice sausage and add to vegetables until brown. Add spinach with seasonings and serve.
