Honey-Balsamic Chicken Cutlets

2 tablespoons olive oil2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded to 1/4-inch thickness1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar2 teaspoons honey1 clove garlic, minced
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over mediumhigh
heat; sprinkle chicken with salt and
pepper. Cook chicken 3 to 4 minutes per side or
until done; remove from pan, and keep warm.
Add vinegar, honey and garlic to skillet; cook 1
minute or until slightly thickened, stirring often.
Remove pan from heat; return chicken to pan,
turning to coat with sauce.
