Cabbage Coleslaw 1 cup

Ingredients
Fresh Cabbage 1 cup choppedWhite Sugar 0.4 tsp~~~Extra virgin olive oil 0.15 tspWhite Vinegar 1 tbsp
Directions
Cut the cabbage into small pieces.
Put in a bowl. Mix in sugar.

Bring to a boil vinegar and oil. You can add 1 tsp of ground mustard if you desire. Let boil 1 to 2 min then pour over coleslaw. Best if you let it sit for a while to soak in flavors.
