Made-Over Tater-Topped Casserole

Ingredients
1/2 lb 90% lean ground beef1 lb extra lean ground turkey1 - 16oz bag of frozen mixed veggies (thawed and drained)3/4 c French-fried onions1 can (10 3/4oz) cream of mushroom soup (fat free)1 can cream of chicken soup (fat free)1/2 c skim milk4 c frozen tater tots thawed
Directions
Cook beef and turkey. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray, then layer meat, veggies and onions.
In small bowl combine soups and milk. Spread over onions. Top with tater tots. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 55 - 60 min.
