Ingredients:Salad - Mixed Greens (Fresh Express), 2.5 cup(remove)*Trader Joe's Persian Cucumber (1), 1 serving(remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 plum tomato(remove)Onions, raw, 1 slice, medium (1/8" thick)(remove)Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted, 2 ounces(remove)*Trader Joes Cilantro Jalapeno Hummus - 2 Tbsp, 1 serving(remove)*Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime, 2 tbsp(remove)Fresh Chives, 2 tbsp chopped(remove)Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp(remove)
Directions
Pouch chicken - like you would be making soup stock(onions, carrots, celery) & water. Once cooked shred chicken.

Mixed greens on plate/bowl, top with tomatoe, cucumber, cilantro, red onions, chives, 2 oz of chicken and top 2 tbsp with cilantro hummus and squeeze one lime over it.
