Ingredients
.75 c Brown Rice, med. grain.25 c Hemp Seed.25 c Quinoa8 tsp Brown SugarGrind ingredients together in a coffee grinder or blender. Store in a well-sealed container.
Directions
Bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Stir in .25 c of Brown Rice/Hemp Seed/Quinoa Blend. Stir steadily until desired thickness, about 4 minutes. (Can use dairy or non-dairy milk, but adjust nutritional values.)
