Orange Coconut Ice Cream

Ingredients
2 cans (3.25 cups) full fat coconut milk7 oz Frozen Concentrated Orange Juice, thawed3 tbsp honey1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Open cans of coconut milk halfway and lightly drain coconut milk (open both ends and let water drip out) to remove water.
Combine coconut milk, honey, vanilla, and thawed concentrated orange juice. Place in ice cream maker and churn until ice cream has fully frozen. Place in container and freeze for at least 3 hours. Serve when stiff.
