Ingredients
1 medium avocado1 clove garlic1 tbsp butter15 small prawns2 tbsp Parmesan cheese1 tbsp basil3 c cooked pasta
Directions
melt butter in sauce pan, add garlic, prawns, and basil.
mash up a medium avocado.
add prawn mixture and avocado to cooked pasta and toss.
sprinkle parmesan cheese on top
