Baked Coconut Custard Dessert

Ingredients
3 Large Eggs, beaten 1/2 c. all-purpose flour 1 t. Baking Powder2 c. 2% milk1/2 c. shredded sweetened coconut1/4 c. granulated sugar1 t. vanilla extract1 T. soft butter
Directions
Coat a glass baking dish (8x8 or small rectangular) with butter. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs. Then add other ingredients in order, mixing well after each addition Pour into glass baking dish coated with butter. Bake at 325 degrees about 45 minutes until top is set firm and edges slightly brown. Custard will continue to firm up as it cools down. Cool, then cut into 8 squares- 163 calories each. Keep refrigerated.
