Flame-'s Five Spice Honey Chicken

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts Marinade (double for sauce)2 Tbsp honey4 Tbsp soy sauce2 Tbsp rice vinegar1 tsp five spice powder1 tsp gingerDoubled Marinade ingredients plus1 c chicken stock2 tsp cornstarch2 Tbsp hot water
Directions
Combine the marinade ingredients and add the chicken fillets, toss to coat, marinade for at least 30 minutes.

Drain the chicken and cook on a lightly oiled grill or barbecue until cooked through.

Allow to stand for 5 -10 minutes before slicing

While chicken stands, bring the second batch of marinade and chicken stock to a boil in a small saucepan. Use cornstarch and hot water to thicken.
