Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo

Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken20 oz frozen broccoli16 oz penne2 Tbsp olive oil2 Tbsp flour1 c chicken broth1/4 c plain greek yogurt1 c milk3 cloves garlic3/4 c parmesan cheesesalt to taste
Directions
Cook broccoli and pasta. Drain. Blend broccoli into finely chopped pieces.
In a saucepan, combine oil and garlic over medium heat. Cook a few minutes and add flour. Add chicken broth while continuing to stir. Turn heat to low and add milk, yogurt, and cheese. Stir until smooth, salt to taste. Pour over chicken, pasta and broccoli.

Serving Size: Makes roughly 12 (1 cup) servings
