G's Breakfast Sautee

Ingredients
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/2 cu Fresh mushrooms chopped or sliced6 Cherry tomatoes cut in halves or quartered1 cup Frozen chopped spinach1/2 cup Fresh spinach1/4 cup Fresh onions chopped1 Boullion cube
Directions
Chop vegetables

Add oil to skillet and let heat (but don't burn)

Add bouillion cube to oil, break apart

Add vegetables and saute

Serve hot over eggs (breakfast/brunch) or over rice or pasta
