Robs favorite meatloaf

Ingredients
Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz) Water, tap, 1/5 cup Wine, Red, Dry, 1/2 cupGarlic, minced, 1 tsp, 1 tsp Basil, .5 tbsp Oregano, ground, .5 tbsp Salt, 1 dash Lean Ground Sirloin 10% Fat, 12 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 12 ozProgresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 1 cupZucchini, 0.5 cup, shreddedEgg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large beaten
Directions
Oven 350F combine tomato paste water red wine minced garlic basil oregano and salt in a small sauce pan
Bring to boil over high heat reduce heat to low simmer uncovered for 15 mins
Combine ground beef ground turkey breadcrumbs shredded zucchini beaten egg and 1/2 cup reserved tomato mixture in large bowl mix
Shape the meat mixture into a un greased loaf pan
bake meatloaf for 45 min
discard drippings pour remaining tomato mixture over top of meatloaf
bake an additional 15 mins
place meat loaf on serving platter let cool for 10min before slicing and serving
