Avocado Tuna Salad

Ingredients
1 can of Tuna drained1/2 avocado 1/4 cup onion diced1/4 bell pepper sweet
Directions
1. Open the can of tuna and drain.
2. Take 1/2 avocado and mix with the tuna
3. dice 1/4 cup of onions
4. dice 1/4 bell pepper
5. Mix the onions and bell peppers with the tuna and avocado.
6. Add a dash of salt and dash of pepper
7. Mix well
8. Serve
Can be served with favorite vegetables (cucumber, carrots, lettuce), as a spread on crackers, or even on in a sandwich.
