Ingredients
5.0 tbsp Butter, salted1.0 tbsp Salt2.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap0.33 cup Honey1.5 tbsp Active Dry Yeast7.0 cup Flour, White Whole Wheat
Directions
Add all dry ingredients except 1 to 2 cups flour to Kitchen Aid mixer. Mix on speed 2 til blended. Add softned butter, honey and water slowly. Mix on 2 til dough ball forms....if sticky add remaining flour. Let rise covered 30 minutes. Punch down...shape into 2 loaves and place in buttered loaf pan Bake in 350 oven for 20 to 22 minutes. Serving Size: 30 slices ....15 from each loaf Butter outside if desired. .not included in nutritional facts.
