Whole wheat bran muffins with raisins

Ingredients
1t. vinegar combine with 1 c. non-dairy milk 2t. applesauce (can sub oil)1/4c. non-fat greek yogurt1t. vanilla1/2c. whole wheat flour1/2c. flour1c. oat bran 1t. baking soda1/4 c. sugar1/4 c. brown sugar, not packed1/2t. salt 1/2 c. add-ins (raisins, carrots, etc.)
Directions
400 degrees, combine milk and vinegar to curdle. Add in with oil, yogurt, and vanilla. In large bowl, add rest of dry ingredients and slowly add wet to dry. Add in mix-ins without over stirring. Fill cupcake liners 3/4 full and bake for 18 minutes.

    Thanks for the recipe. Delicious! I added an egg for fluffiness (texture), along with the extra protein. There's very little fat and calories when one egg is divided between 12 muffins, which is what I ended up with. Thanks again! - 3/6/18
