Yummy Parmesan Balsamic Kale Chips

Ingredients
1 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 Tbs Balsamic Vinegar (I like Fig flavored)2 Tbs Grated Parmesan Cheese ( 1 for mixing and 1 for topping)3 Cups of Chopped Kale (Bite Size Pieces)
Directions
In a Zip Loc Bag put Oil, Vinegar, and 1 Tablespoon of Parmesan Cheese in and Shake. Add Kale and Massage through the leaves. Pour the leaves onto a lined baking sheet and spread out evenly. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan Cheese on top. Cook at 300 for 8-12 minutes based on your oven. Make sure to watch closely as they burn quickly if not attended too. They are done when they are crisp.
