2 cups old-fashioned oats2 cups skim milk2 cups mixed berries (if frozen, thaw first)1 tsp cinnamon1/2 cup real maple syrup
Put oats in an 8" square baking dish. In a separate bowl, mix cinnamon with the fruit, then add to baking dish with oats. Combine milk and maple syrup, then pour over oats and fruit. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
