Melt together in microwave or in double boiler on stove, 6 tbsp. butter and one bar (3.17 oz ) Ghiradelli Intense Dark chocolate. Set aside.In food processor, combine the following:2/3 c. almond flour1/3 cup brown rice flour3/4 cup sugar1/4 tsp. salt2 eggs1 tsp. vanillaAdd the chocolate mixture and process until combined. If desired, add 1/2-1 cup pecans or walnuts and pulse a couple of times to chop them up.
Grease an 8"x8" baking pan. Spread out the batter (it will be stiff). Bake for 20-25 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool, then cut into squares.
