Chickpea and Cauliflower Korma

Ingredients
I can PC Blue Menu Chick peasI jar Sharwood's Korma sauce1 large head of cauliflower1 cup chopped onion1 tbsp canola oil
Directions
Cook cauliflower - under cook as it will be heated up with the sauce and chick peas - and drain well.
Saute onions in oil.
Add to drained cauliflower.
Add chick peas.
Stir in Korma sauce and simmer for about 15 mins, stirring occasionally.
