Ingredients
6 sweet potatoes (5"long)2 tbsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend6 tbsp chopped Shallot1/2 tbsp kosher salt2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/4 tsp Black Peppet
Directions
Preheat oven to 475F. Cut potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes and combine with remaining ingredients. Spread into a large baking dish and cook 25 minutes or until tender.
