Add all other ingredients (chopped if desired).Baked White Potato with skin 1/2 medium size 2-3 inchJalape�o pepper, roasted, chopped (with seeds if desired)Red Onion or White Raw 1/4 cup2 TBS fresh mint if desired2 TBS chopped or crushed garlic if desired3 TBS spaghetti sauce or 1/4 cup as desired**1 pat of salted butter if desired, but add calories.Saut� for about 3 min or until it looks like pasta soaked up all the flavors.
