1 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend2.5 C Cooked Spaghetti or pasta of your liking2 C White Beans2.5 C Frozen Cut Spinach.5 C Vegan Cream Cheese Alternative.5 C Soy Milk1 Block Extra Firm Tofu cut into pea size pieces or crumble well.5 C Nutritional Yeast Flakes
Cook pasta according to package. Drain and set aside.
In same pot over medium heat, thaw spinach over medium heat.
Add vegan cream cheese, tofu, white beans, seasoning, nutritional yeast flakes and soy milk. Mix well.
Mix in pasta coating well. Serve immediately.
