Oats, 2 cupsEgg white, fresh, 2 largeLinseed, 20 gramsOrganic Coconut Palm Sugar, 3 Tbsp Organic Hemp Protein powder 12 tbsp Lactose free milk, 1%, 1 cupHomemade applesauce, unsweetened, 1.2 cup Baking Soda, 0.5 tspRaisins (optional)Organic Cocoa powder or chocolate chips(optional)
I wanted to make applesauce oatmeal muffins, which I love (sparkpeople recipe: https://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=5763 ) but I had no flour and a lot of hemp protein which I had to use, otherwise it would go to waste. I used pears and raisins with hemp instead of applesauce and it turned out great also. Just mix the ingredients and bake for 20 minutes. You can also freeze them.
