Saucy Pepper Steak

Ingredients
1 green bell pepper, cut into strips1 red bell pepper, cut into strips1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips1 medium onion, cut into strips1 lb. well-trimmed boneless sirloin steak, cut into strips2 cloves garlic, minced1/2 teaspoon black pepper3 tablespoons lite soy sauce1/2 cup plain BBQ sauce3 cups hot cooked brown rice
Directions
Heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Add bell peppers & onions; cook & stir 6 to 8 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Transfer to large bowl; cover to keep warm. Add meat, garlic & black pepper to same skillet; cook & stir 3 minutes. Add soy sauce; cook 1 minute more or until meat is cooked through, stirring occasionally. Add barbecue sauce; cook until heated through. Spoon meat mixture into bowl with vegetables; toss gently. Serve over rice. Makes 5 servings.
