Orange Dijon Salad Dressing

Juice from 2 oranges (about one cup)1 1/2 Tbsp dijon mustard1 tsp soy sauce1 Tbsp chia seeds
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a small jar or bowl. Stir to combine. Wait a few minutes for chia seeds to become gelatinous and then stir again.
