Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients
3-4 med to large sweet potatoes, peeled, diced, boiled3/4 c. Splenda sugar substitute2 eggs, well beaten1 T. vanilla1/2 c. low-fat margarine, meltedTOPPING:1 c. Splenda brown sugar1/3 c. self-rising flour1 c. pecans, chopped1/3 c. low-fat margarine, melted
Directions
Peel potatoes; dice, then boil. After boiling; cool then mash potatoes adding the next four ingredients to mixture until well blended. Pour into 9 x 13 greased baking pan.

Mix all topping ingredients together and pour over top of potato mixture. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.

Makes 8-10 1/2-cup servings.
