Corkey's chicken soup

Ingredients
Makes 4 servings
Directions
2 Chicken breasts deboned and skinless, cut into pieces
2 table spoons EVOO
brown chicken in large dutch oven
add diced onion, carrots, garlic and celery
add spices of Paprika, Turmeric, crushed chili pepper, and pepper.
Add low sodium chicken stock and 2 cups water. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer.
Add both beans after overnight soak of dried beans.
Add Tuscan kale.
After kale wilts turn off pot and add salt to taste.
