Ozzie's Omelet

Ingredients
3 egg whites2 whole eggs 1/4 cup diced onions3/4 cup chopped mushrooms9 grape tomatoes1/2 cup shredded cheese
Directions
Saute onions and mushrooms in butter. Add 3 egg whites and 2 whole eggs. Cover and cook on medium heat. As eggs start to harden, add the tomatoes and the cheese. Cook until firm. Flip half of the omelet over the other and let cook another minute.
