Fruit/Veggie Smoothie

Ingredients
4 oranges, peeled and segmented1 whole tomato, large1 med. sized zucchini, unpeeled1/3 lg. cucumber, peeled1 cup sliced strawberries1 med. apple, cored, not peeled
Directions
No cooking, simply place in your blender, and gradually go up to high speed. Blend for about 3 minutes or as needed. It will depend on the power of your blender, as I have a VitaMix.
