2 C Whole Wheat Flour1 C All Purpose White Flour2 Tbs Butter softened2 TBS Honey3/4 C or 6 oz evaporated milk3/4 C water1 tsp salt1 tsp yeast
Combine water & milk. Warm in microwave for 45 seconds or until luke warm. Pour in bread machine pan. Add butter and honey. Add flours & salt. Make a small well in the center of the flour and add yeast to it.
Set bread machine to whole wheat setting and select desired crust setting. Monitor mixture during mixing and kneading to make sure it has the desired consistency. Add water or flour in small amounts if needed.
