Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1/2 inch cubes1 medium onion, chopped1 tablespoon olive oil5 medium carrots, thinly sliced4 cups sheredded cabbage4 medium red poatoes, diced1 can mushrooms, drained2 cans of chicken broth1 can condensed tomato soup, undiluted2 teaspoons Itlaian seasoning
Directions
In a large skillet, brown chicken and onion in oil; drain. Transfer to a 5 qt. slow cooker. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8 - 10 hours or until meat is tender.
(I use a pressure cooker, which takes about 15 minutes)
Serving size: 1 3/4 cups
