Chicken Veggie Stir Fry

Ingredients
3 oz roasted chicken breast, no skin1/2 c cooked brown rice1/4 tsp crushed red pepper2 tsp worchestershire sauce1/2 c onions, chopped1 small carrot, chopped1 stalk celery, chopped2/3 c green beans1/5 c green peas1/5 c spaghetti, cooked 1 tbsp. olive oil2 clove garlic, chopped or minced
Directions
Put olive oil in wok or heavy frying pan. Add carrot, celery, garlic. and green beans. Cook until till tender-crisp, stirring continually. Add remaining ingredients and cooked till heated thru stirring to prevent sticking. May add salt and pepper to taste if desired.
