1 c. whole wheat flour8 egg whites1 c. non fat milk1/4 c. sugar
Directions
mix all ingredients together and spray fry pan with non fat spray. add 1/4 c. to the pan and cook like a crepe.

    I make these for my family and put some coconut and strawberries with a tsp of nutella and they are all gone within 5 minutes. So good and the recipe is so healthy that you can put some yummy stuff inside and it still is healthy without making you feel bad with those few spluges:) - 10/1/11
