B&T honey ginger salmon

Ingredients
Ingredients:*garlic*coconut aminos, 4 tsp *Honey, Honey Tree's Organic Rainforest, 2 tbsp *Chinese 5-Spice Powder, 2 tsp *100% cold pressed organic virgin coconut oil-Green Pastures Blue Breeze, 2 tbsp simply balanced salmon fillets 1.5lb(approx 5), 5 serving
Directions
1. mix in a small bowl: coconut aminos, honey, garlic, and 5 spice
2.. heat 2 tbsp. coconut oil in a an oven safe pan
3. drop the fillets in the pan(skin side u p) for 3 min(or until flesh is slightly brown, then flip fish skin side down
4. spoon sauce mixture over the fish
5. bake in oven for 6-8 min on 400
6. let cool and enjoy
