turkey/quinoa meatloaf

Ingredients
2.5 lbs lean ground turkey2 egg whites2 cloves garlic1tsp oregano1tsp thyme16 oz tomato sauce no salt added1 cup cooked quinoablack pepper1/2 tsp paprika
Directions
preheat oven to 350 mix all ingredients minus 1 cup tomato sauce together and place in 9 in baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. spread remaining cup of tomato sauce on top of loaf and sprinkle with paprika.
