Raspberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

3/4 cup Stonyfield Organic fat free Vanilla Yogurt1 cup Tropicana pure premium lite & Healthy OJ1 medium banana (frozen ahead of time without the peel)1/2 cup frozen raspberries
Blend all ingredients together in blender. Makes 2 eight-oz servings.
Note: I use lite & healthy oj as it's lower in calories then most OJ and has healthy nutrients.
Always use frozen fruit that way you don't have to add ice and you still get that icy smoothie blend.
Tip: When my bananas are starting to get too ripe, I will peel them and store them in a ziploc bag to use for smoothies!!
