Asian Sesame Noodles

Ingredients
2 Tb tahini1/2 c ff yogurt2 tsp sesame oil2 tsp soy sauce2tsp rice vinegar2 tsp rice wine1/2 tsp hot pepper paste1 tsp splenda1 Tb ginger grated2 cloves garlic pressed1 c bean sprouts1/2 sweet pepper julianned1/2 med cucumber grated, squeezed dry3/4 c carrots julianned1 c broccoli8-9 oz buckwheat noodles1 Tb sesame seeds toasted3 green onions sliced
Directions
Combine 1st 10 ingredents to taste and set aside. Cook noodles and blanch broccoli. Combine sauce w/cooled noodles and veggies. Top w/ sesame seeds and green onions.
