Strawberry Poppy-Seed Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1/4 cup water1/4 cup olive oil1/4 cup red wine vinegar (or to taste)1/2lb strawberries, hulled and halved2 tbsp honey1/2 tsp poppy seeds
Directions
Add all ingredients into blender except for poppy seeds. Puree until smooth.
Add poppy seeds and pulse to combine.

Refrigerate - good for a week after making

Serving Size: Enough for 2 salads (Serves approx. 12)
