Chocolate and Prune Mini Muffin Tops (sugar free)

Ingredients
1 cup flour 1 cup wholemeal flour1 cup oatspinch of salt1 cup dried prunes1/2 cup apple sauce (unsweetened)2 eggs2 tsp vanilla essence2 tbls agave
Directions
preheat oven to 180� celsius

mix dry ingredients
finely chop prunes and soak in 1 cup of boiling water to soften.
mix prunes, apple sauce, eggs, vanilla and agave

fold wet ingredients into flour mix
spoon out one heaped tbsp per muffin top onto a tray

bake for 20min

Serving Size: makes 25 small muffin tops, 2inch diameter
