Wholemeal spelt pancakes

Ingredients
4oz wholemeal spelt flour2tsp baking powder1 large egg, beaten1tsp Truvia (stevia)Enough milk to obtain a soft batter (about 1/4 pt)2 sprays 1cal to prime the frying pan
Directions
Mix all ingredients together to form a soft, semi-pouring consistency batter. Pour tablespoonfuls into a non-stick pan wiped with 1cal spray. Enjoy with lots of fresh fruit and/or maple syrup.
