chickpea burgers with feta

Ingredients
1 tsp oil3 green onions2 cloves garlic1 tsp oregano1 tsp chili powder1 cup red pepper2 Tbsp jalapeno peppers1/2 tomato14 oz can chickpeas1/3 cup flour2 Tbsp cilantro
Directions
Fry onions, garlic and spices in oil for 2 minutes. Add peppers and tomato, stir for 3 minutes.
In food processor, combine pepper mixture with chickpeas. In a bowl, add in flour, s&p to taste, and crumbled feta.
Shape into 4 patties. Wrap well and refrigerate until ready to cook (3 days in fridge or 1 month in freezer).
